Clinical Waste
We are fully trained and qualified to collect all types of clinical waste, including infectious and hazardous waste, across care homes, health clinics, dental practices and other sectors with waste that poses a risk of infection or harm.
Dental Waste
As one of the leading UK healthcare waste management companies, we collect lead foils, amalgam sludge and all manner of dental waste. We can also supply a range of dental waste containers for your practice.
Offensive Waste
We use offensive tiger bags to collect waste that is non-infectious and non-hazardous. We responsibly dispose of offensive waste at our waste transfer station to prevent contamination.
Pharmaceutical Waste
We can create a bespoke collection schedule for your pharmaceutical waste, and dispose of drug kits, expired medication, packaging, and controlled substances. We also supply 100% recycled waste containers where possible.
Sharps Disposal
We provide sharps disposal services for health clinics, and manage the collection using compliant colour-coded bins of needles, scalpels, razor blades, surgical scissors, staples and other sharp medical items.

Wheelie Bin Liner Service
A unique service you won’t find elsewhere, Trust Hygiene provides a wheelie bin liner service where we exchange a custom-made liner on any 1,100 and 770 litre bins on every collection. Ideal if you often deal with loose clinical waste, we also disinfect and sanitise the bin, and any split bags are dealt with safely through the liner exchange.
