Driven By Service
See how Trust Hygiene began and has grown since our start way back in 2002.
2002 – 2007
In 2002, we started trading out of a garage and living room with a team of four, before moving into our first premises in Bilston in 2003. Fast-forward to 2007, and Trust Hygiene becomes a Limited Company.
2008 – 2009
Our growth saw us move to our second premises in Wolverhampton which was three times larger, and in 2009 we became proud members of the Healthcare Waste Management Association (HWMA).
2015 – 2016
We required a larger space, so in 2015 we moved to our third and current premises, double the size of our previous. We paved the way for sustainability in 2016 as one of the first hygiene companies to move from a manual, paper-based system to a fully digital one.
2017 – 2020
We won our first college client who needed our washroom services in 2017, the first of many clients in the education sector. 2020 saw the launch of the Four Aces of Laundry, our cost-effective and premium range of laundry dosing chemicals.
2022 – 2024
We celebrated two decades of trading in 2022, and celebrations didn’t stop there, thanks to becoming the preferred supplier for two Premier League football clubs in 2023. Our BAND A rated waste transfer station opened in 2024.
2026
We are now a fast-growing business with 63 members of staff, a fleet of 31 vehicles and a client base of over 3,000.

We take part in bi-annual charity days to support those in need. We raise hundreds of pounds for Alzheimer’s Society, Muscular Dystrophy Support Centre and Cancer Research UK, by making donations and getting dressed up to different funky themes.

We’re incredibly proud to be partners with Carbon Neutral Britain, the UK’s leading organisation that is tackling the climate change crisis first hand. Working with Carbon Neutral Britain, we strive to become carbon neutral and become a business that protects planet Earth from harm.
Sustainability with Go 4 Greener
We’re partners with Go 4 Greener, a Derby-based waste management company. Waste we collect is converted into renewable energy and a sustainable fuel alternative using their Advetec system, instead of ending up in landfill.

Recycled Products
Our hygiene product range is made from recycled materials, from our dust control mats made from recycled fish nets to concentrated options for cleaning solutions to lower your carbon footprint.
Lower Costs and Carbon Footprint
Our laundry dosing chemicals come with our smart dosing unit to save you both running costs and CO2. We utilise smart routing for waste collection to reduce carbon emissions, provide water management systems to save companies money and reduce waste, as well as operate our own waste transfer station to help reduce emissions.
