I have been part of the company since its formation in 2002, when there were just three of us with a shared vision. Since then, I’ve been proud to help shape the company’s journey as we’ve grown to a team of around 65 dedicated professionals.

As HR Director, my focus is on creating an environment where our people can thrive. From recruitment and development to wellbeing and engagement, I work to ensure our culture evolves alongside our growth while staying true to our core values. I believe in leading with openness and respect, creating a supportive environment where everyone feels valued and part of the team.
