Having joined the business in 2004 as a Telesales Executive, we were already an established waste company in the Midlands with a fantastic reputation for service. Rolling on two decades, that service has been chief to our values and my career has been shaped by the progress the business has made in this time. Working my way through management and into the boardroom, I have gained an enormous amount of knowledge and experience at every level. I enjoy working with our team every day and remain immensely passionate about maintaining our growth, building our brand and reputation in harmony with our customers every step of the way.
